 My journey began on 11th June 2018 when I met Shirley.  With her help and advice I chose my products.  Sadly, I wasn't aware at the time that I had a dormant tummy bug which duly manifested itself and put paid to my starting point.  I finally started my journey on 3rd July and haven't looked back since!  When I started, I weighed 80kg (12.7 stone!)  My clothes were xxxl or 18/20 depending where I bought them.  Now my jeans are a size 38 and I have a pair M&S trousers size 12!  My dress size is now 12/14 rather than 18/20.  Not only have I lost weight, but lost inches from my hips, waist and tummy!  I look 10 years younger (so I'm told by friends and family!!) One of my goals for at least six years has been to go to Guadalest and climb up to the top of the castle and visit the cemetery.  I wasn't even able to get up the first flight of steps!  Last September, having lost some "pounds" I made one last attempt.  I wasn't feeling very optimistic, as I'd already made several attempts earlier in the year. My final effort - yes, I finally succeeded in getting there!!  I was so proud of myself - not only for doing it, but for having followed my new eating regime and loosing the weight that had put strain on my joints and heart.  My next goal is to go to the Algar Falls this year and get to the top!! I feel so proud of myself for trying this "diet" and keeping to it.  Yes, it is difficult at times, but the benefits are there for all to see.  I no longer cringe when I look in a mirror - but admire my new curves and slimness. Today, my weight is 64.6kg down from 80kg and I feel great!!

Ann's testimonial in her own words: I’ve dieted all my life but like most of us, I have lost then put on and added a few more lbs! My health was getting worse, I was breathless walking and with a bad back, I thought I was going to have to have another new hip, as the pain was getting increasingly bad, I however knew that no doctor would be able to perform an operation as I was so overweight!
